WHO IS THIS QUALIFICATION FOR?

This is a Level 3 qualification, and it is aimed at those who carry out assessment of occupational skills and knowledge in an individual’s work environment.
The main assessment method will be observation of the individual carrying out work activities in their normal working environment, this will be supplemented by other assessment methods, for example examining products of work, oral and written questioning and discussion with the learner.
To complete this qualification it will be necessary to have a minimum of 2 candidates to work with, and these candidates must be working in an industry you have occupational knowledge and experience of.
