• A certificate giving the full qualification title – Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice qualification which in conjunction with passing a CITB HS&E Test for Managers and Professionals (MAP) within last 2 years’ of applying, will lead to a Black Managers’ CSCS Card.
