The aim of this course is to provide you with the basic knowledge and
practical skills for operating an Industrial Telescopic Handler above 9 m. As
a Telehandler Operator you will be responsible for ensuring that all
materials, either stored in the site compounds or designated area are
transported to the workplace in accordance with sire requirements and in a
safe and responsible manner.
The main use for a telehandler is to lift pallets, with the ability to suspend
loads with a chain or shift heavy loads to areas that otherwise would be
difficult to reach.
You are to be tested on your practical skills and knowledge through a
practical test and a theory test. You need to succeed both in order to meet the
required standards and pass the course. This course can be completed as a
